My tastes are much different than yours, but if I need a total escape I go to my old favorites:

West Wing
Criminal Minds
Grey’s

And just watch old episodes

Honestly 90 Day Fiance will make you feel much better about your own circumstances.

I’ll second Poldark and Three Pines!

You may also want to try some audiobooks. I just binged all the Agatha Raisin and Hamish MacBeth books from MC Beaton. Beaton was the pseudonym for Marion Chesney. Chesney said she specifically wrote books with happy endings, where the bad guys always lose, to give people an escape. Something about the combo of that kind of story with the fabulous narrators - esp Penelope Keith, Graeme Malcome - are terrifically soothing and entertaining at the same time.

+1 to Acorn TV, it might be free via your library too

I love those cozy mystery shows:

Midsomer
Murdoch Mysteries
Fiss Fisher (more pizzazz)

If you can deal with subtitles, Crash Landing (Korean, Netflix) is really lovely. Give it a couple episodes. Totally different shows, but I loved it, second to Offspring.

Have you watched Vera? It's on several platforms including Amazon prime video. Older UK detective set in the NE of England (Northumberland). Eleven seasons - so you can watch, sleep through, wake up and carry on.

Do yourself a favor and watch “Trying” on Appletv. It’s great and the main characters are adorable!!

Not light really but extremely engaging (I needed big distractions this week too):

Big Little Lies (HBO)
The Staircase (HBO)
Wheel of Time (Amazon)

I also endorse Emily in Paris for more mindless entertainment but I find that something that light actually does not distract me from heavy problems as well. It's like when something is really weighing on me, I need a kind of heavy, intense show because it enables me to put down my own problems for a while and carry someone else's for a time. Plus if the problem in the show is more weighty than mine, then when it's over I don't feel so burdened by my own issues. Thankfully, I am not personally going through any of the problems from the shows listed above. At the moment.
