This is a political stunt, that's all.
OCR has a lot of power and control.
Are you saying OCR violates its own guidelines and opens investigations when there is already another agency involved? If so, I would like to hear some more details please.

The group, which fancies itself as some conservative counter to the ACLU, has had some success harassing the Biden administration by judge shopping in courts stocked with Trump nominees to sue to stop policies that benefit black farmers, women-owned businesses, etc, on the grounds they discriminate against white people.
Now it’s coming for LCPS: https://wjla.com/news/local/loudoun-county-public-schools-possible-title-ix-nine-violation-investigation-afl-department-education-superintendent-scott-ziegler-wayde-byard-youngkin-miyares-america-first-legal-foundation-lcps-sex-discrimination-assaults-virginia
I don’t know what it is with these right-wing provocateurs meddling in our schools, but I have had quite enough of it.
Title IX was one of the first things that came to my mind when the story broke. Transferring students accused of sexual assault from one campus to another with nothing in place to protect the girls and women at the second location is a very common Title IX violation. \I'm glad that someone is doing it even if I hate Stephen Miller
Title IX came to my mind too, since Betsy Davos watered down the regulations to give more right to the accused.

Anonymous wrote:What's wrong with filing a Title IX investigation request? Looks like multiple LCPS officials are under indictment so why didn't a progressive group ask for it?
Anonymous wrote:Well, other counties may soon share in the crazy that has descended upon LCPS. Ian Prior wrote a book describing his activities here and how other people can do it where they live.

That isn’t Stephen Miller’s concern here.
The letter is only 12 pages, and you obviously didn't bother reading it.
Oh, I read it. Bad-faith remarks like the public was removed from a meeting for applauding a speaker told me all I need to know.
Too bad no feminist group cared enough to do anything. Students accused of sexual assault were moved from one school to the next without any thought given to the women and girls at the second school. The administration then lied about it. I don't care who the lawyers are, LCPS deserves to be taken through the ringer over this. If this was a district in Alabama and Gloria Allred was leading the case, people would be cheering, but because this is a blue county with a blue school board, the girls and their families are supposed to shut up and be quiet.
so called feminist groups are just part of the patriarchy. They don't care about girls or women. A rapist who identifies, according to his mother, as gender fluid and pan sexual, is more important than girls.
Most feminist groups are just TERFs, amiright?
