Malachi is an interesting suggestion -- Old Testament name that finds its way into Joyce.

But, and this goes to the level of "unpopular" OP is looking for, Malachi is ranked #167 in the US right now.

Of the rest of this list, only Amos really works IMO and I don't love it (though I also don't love Malachi, to be honest, and no one will ever be able to spell it).

Now you ARE looking for a unicorn, sorry. People are going to list names they are familiar with that have Hebrew origins and they know to be accepted/popular in the UK. That's going to mean more popular names. Like not top 10 names, but definitely top 200. Especially with boy names because there is less variety in boy names generally.

I think this is something where you have to do the legwork because it's very bespoke. Go find lists of Hebrew and Scottish names and compare them. People here are not going to be able to identify a currently unpopular name that just happens to have Jewish and Scottish origins that you haven't already thought of.
