High rise pants can do that, even on tiny people. The aligns are very stretchy, so for some people with less than flat mid-sections, they are fine walking around, but roll down just through the high rise section went doing things like ab work. It was reported that different sizes were tried, so it's not a size issue, but a fit/style for body type.

I'm a 4 in normal clothes and get a 4 in Lululemon for tights. I like them with lots of compression. I have a pair of 6 and even those fall down when when I run.
Any kind in their running line would work.
