I mean, you could. I hate it when people make muffins and tell me "I cut the sugar in half and you can't even tell!" I think messing with the sugar creates texture problems.

They're my favorite, too, although they require a lot of ingredients.

I want to make these but don't have orange juice and don't want to run out for a quarter cup. What could substitute? Almond milk?
