Extreme sodium bombs. The rice noodles alone have massive amounts of salt you probably don't expect. Once a month OP. 2x per week will send your BP skyrocketing in no time.

Ramen, pho, Chinese/Thai noodles soups.....they're comfort foods, not something you should be eating multiple times per week.

I would have it, but don't drink all the broth. Only eat out the food with minimal broth, so when you're done, there's a lot of broth left.

Really the only issue is the salt.

It is unhealthy to have pho twice a week and all of your other meals are ALSO high sodium/low vegetable.
It is very healthy to have pho twice a week all of your other meals are low sodium/high veg.

It is all about balance. Look at your whole diet...

I've eaten pho in Vietnam. Many vietnamese in Vietnam eat Pho or similar broth-based noodles every day.

Portions are smaller than in America.

and they don't snack on cheeseburgers and fried chickens between phos like here

The thing about sodium, though, is that it hiding in plenty of foods we don’t necessarily think of us unhealthy, especially prepackaged or prepared foods. You don’t need to be gorging on fast food to be eating way more sodium than you should. If you eat a bowl of Nanas noodle soup from Whole Foods and a packet of rice crackers, you’ve eaten a day’s worth of sodium.

This is impossible to answer without knowing your overall diet.

Is your blood pressure decent with your current diet and medicine or is it too high still? If too high, what happens if you back off the pho for a few weeks and replace with lower sodium alternatives? That's going to give you the answer you need.

Pay close attention to portion size. If you look up the info for pho and also ramen it says 1000 mg of sodium for a 1 cup serving. Personally, I bet I would have typically eaten 2 cups if I ate out or did take out. I say this in the past tense because now I have high blood pressure and kidney disease, both related to sodium consumption. So, I have to be really careful. I feel like there is so much attention given now to sugar and carbs that people aren’t as careful as they should be about sodium. It’s no joke—it’s terrible for your health.

I’d make a good low sodium broth and mix then (like maybe 25% low sodium broth) to work on the sodium IF that’s a concern with your blood pressure. Please don’t do anything gross like rice broccoli. Pho is pretty healthy so there no need to make it gross is pursuit of a minor health benefit
