It's the lamen that will get you every time.

We buy them at the Rockville WF - Silver Spring WF doesn’t seem to carry them.

So much better than the usual carcinogenic instant lamen!

Wholefoods has some. Also I think I saw some at Target

Also, are you eating them like a soup? I follow David Chang on Insta and he makes them pretty dry. Are they better if you add water to make it a soup?

OP here, I haven’t tried that flavor. I like the Spicy Soy and the Wavy chili ones.

It isn’t a soup, it’s noodles and sauce. Just much better than regular ramen which I find pretty gross.

Wait, what? You mean normal grocery store packaged ramen I hope…

Obviously. No one is like “hey, I found this $2 packaged ramen that is better than restaurant-quality food!” I just want a 5 minute lunch that’s decent.

OP here…so what (spicy) instant ramen should I be buying instead? Most ramen has a horrid texture.

Same here! I thought I didn’t use the whole packet because it was so dry.

+2

Just buy ramen broth and heat separately put in for the last console of minutes of cooking noodles. Momo noodles and ramen are about 2’ away from each other at Target.

I think it's supposed to be a noodle dish, not a soup. I usually add slivered cucumber, chicken, whatever is around. They're good in a pinch, but not something I would choose to eat regularly.
