Cooking now so I won’t have to cook tomorrow:

Chilean sea bass, mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach. Although, I’m not hungry anymore because I filled up on the cheese platter I also made.

Smore bars

Steak au poivre, salad, cauliflower. Probably some cheese and crackers too.

DH is grilling steaks.

Every New Year’s Day, I take the frozen ham bone out of the freezer and make a big pot of ham and beans that we’ll have two nights.

Homemade pizza. Kid vote for every meal. 🤪
