That's a sweeping statement. I have a clotting disorder that causes sticky blood. I drink a lot of water because it sure beats the alternative of blood clots.

I got these for my mom. We’d refrigerate them and the caregivers would give her a couple every day. She saw them as a snack or treat and liked them
