I bought one of those cups that you keep in the freezer and it makes your drinks into a slushie. Added a little box of crystal light drink packets for frozen lemonades.

Mini Portable Bluetooth speaker
LED strip lights or fairy lights

The white elephant I’ve done involves kids/teens so some of these are better for all ages type white elephants - though my 11yo really wants an umbrella so would have been thrilled by that gift.
