You don't find oral estrogen makes you feel gross? I did two frozen embryo transfers, one with oral and another with the patch and the patch was much easier to tolerate for me.


No, but that’s maybe because I have no other source of it in my body. It’s a high dose - 3mg - which translates to a 1.5 patch. I didn’t absorb the patch well, was allergic to the adhesive in it and had issues with the other delivery methods too. So a pill it is. Although if you’re in regular perimenopause, I think most docs will have you try transdermal methods first - patch or gel.
