My older son and I love raw oysters (variety ordered from Citarella) with mignonette sauce. Can’t wait for him to get home.

Slow roast pork shoulder, hoppin John, cabbage, cornbread for New Years!
Although DH is really angling for goose this year for Xmas dinner so who knows what we will do?
