Unless you think the acceptable number is anything other than zero, any is too many.

You have seriously worked in law enforcement 20 year and only met one cop that believed in ^^^^
You don't know more than 1 cop that believes they have unlimited power to execute their duties.
Unlimited power? No, I don’t. Im sorry to burst your theory here, but I haven’t seen a roaming band of fascists within the police department.
Plus, I’m quite aware of the definition of fascism. I maintain that somebody harboring political beliefs that are more conservative than my own doesn’t automatically make them a fascist.
