I find that when I am lifting weight my clothes can feel worse at first, as my body shifts. But over time, I look better. So do not give up!

I had shoulder and elbow issues. For me, starting with exercise bands helped. It was an excruciating gradual process, but I eventually returned to lifting heavier weights. Stretching was key for me.
