Quirk was a lovely place to stay.

Quick or the Graduate.

The Graduate is gross. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you have a dog…

You can’t beat the location of the Omni.

Pippin hill is 20-30 minutes outside of Charlottesville.

Make a reservation at Pippin Hill on their covered terrace for lunch and wine tasting. It is absolutely beautiful there.

We liked the Draftsman, it is walking distance to the downtown mall and the corner and the lawn.

Keswick is nice, great brunch, but it is miles out of town.

There are also several courtyards and Fairfield inns near downtown, some within walking distance to the university.

I have heard that the Lawn is interesting.

Lots of breweries, wineries, cideries. You will not run out of places to drink!

NP (hope you don't mind OP!)- Which tour of Monticello would you recommend? Thanks!

The last time I went was during COVID so the options were pretty limited (which might be why it was sold out so early). I think a self-guided or highlights tour would be fine.

Best bet is stay at the Omni on the downtown mall or The Inn at Court Square near the downtown mall, centrally located, lots to walk to, and easy to drive to anywhere else you decide to go.
