Do 1 hour sessions on a rowing machine a few times a week. Don’t drink caffeine.

long time anxiety sufferer here- i use klonopin and propanerol; also take daily ssri; I recently started taking myo-insotol and it has been an absolute game changer---! I do have underlying pcos and insulin resistance-- but i've heard that insotol for the general population that is experiencing anxiety is very helpful as well.

Mine are panic attacks in the moment of something. Unfortunately I lose my hearing, sweat profusely, get dizzy and faint. Usually I wake back up within two minutes. Then I lay on the floor. Have never found a consistent trigger or a way to stop it because what happens is so embarrassing that I start panicking about it as I feel it start to happen. I’d say it’s 4-5 times per year. When I can, I put myself on the floor before I pass out.
