She's repeating her complaint and he calls her a b/tch, and she's the aggressor? Horrible behavior on both sides -- that guy is definitely not an innocent victim.
It isn't his job to charge her phone.

My best guess is that she asked he was rude to her when she asked to charge her phone, then her phone ran out of battery so she could not complete the ride in the app. Then he wouldn’t let her leave when they arrived at the destination because he wasn’t assured of getting paid. Which is why he also got out of the car.
