I'm the one reading Firekeeper's Daughter. I LOVED Lessons in Chemistry! Now that you mention it, I think I need to own it. I had checked it out of the library, but I think I want my own copy.

That's a sign of a great book, IMO.

The Rise and Fall of Ancient Egypt by Toby Wilkinson. Preparing for a trip to Egypt in the spring!

Re-reading The Passage by Justin Cronin. I love a good, sweeping dystopia!
