1) Mark - 16 weeks + 2/year of service + pto payout + RSUs + healthcare + career counseling for 3 months + visa support + left employees email addresses on so that they could say goodbye
2) Elon - 12 weeks + pto payout + RSUs + healthcare
The only difference is 4 weeks (guaranteed) pay and a contrite goodbye. Is that really all it takes to impress you?

disagree. While I am not a fan of Zuckerburg, to me, he at least understands what it takes to keep the company going without imploding. His background is in software development.
Musk, OTH, doesn't seem to give AF about Twitter's reputation as a reliable platform. As a startup, twitter wouldn't have needed this many people, but as the product matures, adds more functionality and gains a sh1t ton more users, you need a larger team to support it.
I worked in SV for 20 years, and saw both companies grow rapidly. IMO, FB is probably more bloated than Twitter, however, Meta is trying to branch out a lot more than Twitter is.
