I SO love those. Mostly on salads, but sometimes for bolognese or in quesadillas or on nachos.


Try them with Trader Joe’s Thai yellow curry sauce. Serve over their microwave rice and add a veggie. not the cheapest but quick, tasty and reasonably healthy.

This is a family favorite. I don’t use as much sugar and use a full can of coconut milk. This is good with brown lentils and the small French lentils, which hold their shape better.
