I love them. I keep them in the freezer year round. So good! Anybody have any favorite fruitcake brands/bakeries? Mine is Publix (in the south, not local) and I’m looking forward to trying Wegmans.

I am with you, OP. I love fruit cake! I buy extra so that I have them year round, the same as I do those chocolate peanut butter eggs at Easter time. Momma's gotta have some fun!!!

Panettone is good, especially the chocolate chip one. All fruitcake I’ve had is so dense and tastes like glue. I could be convinced I’ve just never had good fruitcake though.

OMG, I stock up on those, too. In fact I just ate the last one from last year to make room for what's coming -- still good, too!!

I love them so much I make my own.

You and my dad, OP! And he only eats the ones other older people bring to the house during the Holidays. No one else in the family will touch them.
