You're putting on clothes that will be sweaty in 10 minutes. Air them out after your workout and they're fine for several more.

Thanks,

I will rewear some workout cloths for home workouts. I always wear underwear under my pants so that helps them not get to sweaty. I also hang them up when I take them off so they get a chance to air out.

OP if you're alone no one cares. It's not going to kill you if you re-wear, truly. What matters is how you present yourself when you walk out the door.

If I could re-wear my pants, I would not have gotten much workout at all.

I'd do this OP. get a few extras and they'll pay for themselves with less laundry. Or ask for some as holiday gift?

I would re-wear loose exercise shorts but not fitted yoga type pants. I get too sweaty. I don't re-wear sports bras or tops.

It depends on the material of the clothes. I wear cotton shirts and pants. I can wear them several times before they start to smell. In my opinion it's gross to waste energy for washing work out clothes after wearing them just for an hour or less.

No. I do an extra load of laundry. I also have enough workout clothes for several days. They don’t need to be fancy or look good for at-home workouts.

No, I'm drenched 6 days per week. I don't mind doing a small load every couple of days.

No I work out 2-3 times a day and change after each workout, don't re wear.

I always sweat even when lifting weights, so this would be super gross for me. An extra load a week is NBD for me but I would also just get a few inexpensive pairs from Amazon or old navy or something. I have roughly 15 pairs of leggings.

I tend to wash it all once a week, but I am not super sweaty/especially now my house is super cold. I do spinning and reformer pilates at home.

Yes, if they haven’t become drenched.
