Someone got my kid a piggy bank and I didn’t have the heart to tell them that i haven’t handled cash/have not had coins in my house for years.
Someone got my kid a personalized piggy bank and it was the best gift. Kid loved filling it and counting his change, 10years later.

My kids love their piggy banks. They put coins and dollar bills in from the tooth fairy, chores or when they find a lucky penny on the sidewalk. I made sure to put one on each of their registries because I think it’s such a nice childhood keepsake to have.
