Roughly 7:30 to 7:30. Usually no nap at home, occasionally naps at preschool.

Unpopular I know but my 3 year old wakes at 7:30, takes a 3 hour nap daily, and goes to bed around 10:00.

Happened to me too.
I really suggest you hold onto the early bedtime however you can.
My kids were 7- 7 for many years. Once the second hit 4 and the eldest hit 6 we started sliding back later and later. Now I have a 4.5 and 7 year old that I'm having to implement 9 pm light out for. And they still wake up around 7/7:30.

This is around the age we dropped naps. I wanted the 12 hours at night more than I wanted spotty afternoon naps I couldn’t count on.

Wake 630/7
Nap 230-4
Asleep 830/9
On no nap days she sleeps 7/730-7 or so but she can't skip it daily yet.

By 7:30 each night. Wakes up 6:30-7 am. Nap from 12:30-2.

Around 8-8:30pm until 8:00 am, no nap, except on the two mornings when she goes to preschool, when I wake her up at 7:00 am.

8:30-6:30 For both my kids. 6 and 3. Little one still naps for 1.5-2 hrs. Oldest napped until she turned 5. I cant wait yntil the little one drops her nap and goes to bed earlier.

Though DH often puts her down later and every so often it starts creeping up to 9pm and I have to have a chat with him.
