What's wrong with whole wheat waffle, plain Greek yogurt and frozen berries? Some veggies would make it a more complete meal, but it seems fine for one meal. I don't think adding meat would necessarily make it better.


But how's a body going to grow without some jimmy dean sausage with that waffle
