Not necessarily. Warm taupe-y (for lack of a better word) yellows can be almost neutrals.

I love what's going on in this picture with color. The color of your walls is really just a backdrop for what you're going to put in there. So, what kind of furniture do you have picked out? Any art you plan to put up on the walls, etc? Plan around the details, not the paint color. Much easier.
