Nothing on autopay, and nothing pulled from our account (a few are pushed, meaning we say send on the 20th of every month, but none are pulled by another company).

We also have the 2 largest bills spread out to when we get paid: mortgage at end of the month, cc due middle of the the month (we put everything on the cc, pay in full every month, and use the cc points to go on vacation for free - air, lodging, etc). All other bills are tiny in comparison, and are paid whenever they are due - not when we first get them as we'd like to keep our money and continue to earn interest on it asong as we can.

We did this so our two big bills are spread out-mortgage due on 1st and primary credit card on the 16th. We just asked our credit card co and they let us set the date.

Same, though there are some bills I schedule a few days before they are due so I have some warning before the actual due date if there is a problem with autopay. I can't remember which bills these are, TBH, but I've had the odd issue here or there and it gives me some peace of mind.

I get paid on the 15th and last day of the month. Have my bills set to be paid on the 1st and 16th. You can even call and have some easily moved around (like utilities) if they all fall at the start of the month.

In other parts of the world people typically get paid monthly. It’s so much easier to plan. No one gets bills for two week periods.

You sound like you'd really benefit from using budgeting software. We've used You Need a Budget (YNAB) for ~4.5 years and can't imagine life without it now.

And then stuff like "what day of the month are bills due?" becomes irrelevant because you have your money assigned to the proper categories. Honestly reading this forum I think almost everyone would improve have their quality of life improved by using YNAB.
