Sounds like similar concepts. But classes at PACE are online. I don't think they get campus housing with PACE but help with off campus housing and students do get access to clubs, sports and facilities

A lot of schools do this. This is not in any way similar to the Clemson bridge program.
It's a transfer program like Northeastern's.
