Pretty sure if it's buttercream it's just butter, sugar, and egg whites. No cream even though it's creamy. No to a month in the fridge, just a few days. Freeze it.

I'm 16:05 from page 1.

My recipe is powdered sugar, lots of butter, heavy cream, and vanilla extract Nothing else. No issues with it lasting a month.
