YES! BREAKFAST and brunch rock. I misssssss them on IF. And sometimes I do eat them, but I feel best if I don't.

There can be losses in muscle mass. Doing resistance exercises can attenuate muscle loss.
I sometimes have a no carb breakfast of an egg with extra egg whites to boost my protein intake with minimal insulin release as an alternative to a longer fast.
