I’m down nearly 50lbs, after my nearly 3 year journey of weight loss and sobriety.
Everything, I mean absolutely everything, looks so much better now. Except my damn stomach.
Started doing core exercises with dumbbells and medicine balls just the last few weeks hoping to see progress.
FWIW, I recently read that exercising in the morning may reduce belly fat more than exercising in the evening.

I do cardio warm up (10-15 mins) and then alternate upper body and lower body weighted exercises. I do abs at every workout - either crunches on exercise ball or similar. It takes about 45 mins to an hour for me to complete workout.
Also, drink a lot of water everyday and limit alcohol to nights out or weekends. I also take a fiber supplement everyday which keeps everything moving and helps with bloating.
What fiber supplement do you take?
