Reading comprehension...sorry. Anacostia trail is what I'm referring to here. There's a boardwalk near Bladensburg waterfront park that's long and no fun, but the trail's otherwise good. Around Lake Artemesia is a great loop for skating, too.

And if you can plow, you're good. Slalom if you are on a hill that makes you nervous.

I just did the Parkrun at Fletcher's Cove last weekend and can confirm there is both a gravel trail as well as a parallel paved trail. One is tagged as the Capital Crescent. PP might have been thinking of that.
