At the beginning of the week, I make a batch of ground taco meat and shred a rotisserie chicken and leave both in tupperwares in fridge. My kids like to microwave a tortilla with shredded cheese and some of the beef or chicken on it. Bonus is that they feel proud like they are cooking 😄.
