Serious question, how would it work to go to Costa Rica? You have to go for adjustments every few weeks, is the idea you'd get a local orthodontist for that? Move to Costa Rica for 2 years? I just don't understand...

Yes, by at least 50%. Don't pay a penny above 5K, especially for invisalign which doesn't even involve any work on the part of the ortho.

My son has Invisalign (but a different brand, Spark) estimated for 12-18 months, and we were charged $3700. To get a 2nd and 3rd opinion.

It’s costing $3600 (and insurance covers $1500 of that) for ~20 months of braces for my kid. Only one phase, nothing complicated, and only have to go in about every 10 weeks. One year done and things are looking great.

$4000-$4500 in Burke. Phase 1 with palate expander, head gear, and retainer for 9-12 months.

For both of my kids, cost was around $5k all-in for only one round needed and insurance covered $3500.

Ours was $4800 to include every single last thing child could ever need, including replacement retainers for life. It’s a good feeling.
