I have tried non-alcoholic beers (my favorites are the athletic brew brand) and have been very happily surprised by how well they do the job even though my drink of choice is white wine.
Another friend who is more of a red and wine white drinker and didnt like my non alcoholic beers swears by adaptogens drinks
