Yes, so many in Europe. Scramble is your best bet or maybe the place in Chevy Chase if it's still open.
Give me the kid for an hour. I will tire the kid out on playground while you zip on your coffee.

I'm on the west coast, but the place that does that here charges a huge fee per child. It's a nice place but not worth it. I think that's the only way to stay in business with these places.

I personally just go to McDonald's. In the mornings they have the play place to themselves and I can chill with their coffee drinks which aren't great but work for what I need.

There's a place called Luv 2 Play in Fair Oaks mall, but I'd probably pick up a coffee elsewhere in the mall, because their food is more Chuck E Cheese fare.

Further afield but Kidz Plaza in Ashburn has tables for adults to sit at while kids play. My kids loved it when they were young.
