FF is not a small business and we aren't talking small businesses. Several small businesses where we are actually did better with carryout and had to expand their space as they got os busy. They need to change their business model if its not working or close.

Most did raise their prices and are charging the fees.

If there's no way around a charge that you have decided to impose, just fold it into the price. I don't tell you how I earned enough to eat at your establishment by working at a job with certain frustrations that I expect you to listen to. That's not the deal.

Maybe the restaurant thinks patrons will simply start accepting this recovery fee like they accepted baggage fees on airlines 20 years ago...
