It’s revealed in the post-credit scene of the finale.

The great stage and screen actress Fiona Shaw.
She's a legend in the UK and has played everything on stage, including Shakespeare's Richard II. As in...he was Richard. She's an incredibly versatile, highly regarded actress and the entire reason my husband wanted to see Andor. I love actors who are so skilled they can play Shakespeare or anything else but they're not snobs about enjoying roles in huge popcorn franchises like Harry Potter and Star Wars.
Speaking of which, Kathryn Hunter, who plays the disgraced cop's mom, was in Timon of Athens at Shakespeare Theatre Co. a few years back.
Yes! I wrote the post to which you're responding (about Fiona Shaw). Kathryn Hunter played Timon here in DC in March, 2020--just before the pandemic shutdowns began. That production of Timon was one of the last things we saw on stage, days before everything shut down hard. When she appeared on Andor I knew her very distinctive voice before I even recognized her face. Hope you saw her as Timon too, PP.
