An upper bleph will be about $4500 or so, but often they recommend extra work that adds to the total.

I did my upper about 5 years ago as an in-office procedure (not hospital / surgery /anethesia costs) and it was only around $2500. That was in SF.

What does it cost to do both upper and lower?

Dr Rostami in Reston did fillers under my eyes and commented that I should get the upper eye lids done. I'm aware of my droopy eye lids but I wasn't considering it at the time.

Upper bleph removes the extra skin. Lower bleph removes the fat pads that make eyes look puffy and tired. If you have wrinkles under your eyes, lower bleph doesn't help, and conceivably could make it worse by leaving more skin there to wrinkle once it isn't spread out due to the fat.

And as mentioned, if dark circles are the concern, lower bleph doesn't address that.
