The complementary question here is *absence* of which foods would also lower LDL. To that end, minimize saturated fat.

I switched to a mostly plant-based diet (occasional fish or eggs) and my LDL dropped 40 points just from that switch. I don't really eat oatmeal or take supplements.

Ironically k2 comes from dairy, animal products, and fermented foods (so that last can be plants)


K2 MK7 comes from natto - a fermented soy product. Use only K2 MK7.
