Post 09/21/2022 11:23     Subject: I've been sick...have eaten like crap--what is your turnaround strategy to focus more on health?

-Good to minimize processed food - as in avoid most things sold in the middle of the grocery store
-Lean proteins and lots of vegetables- roast them, steam them, sauté them. Not soggy though!
- texture and some crunch in your food with nuts and whole grains is more appealing. A little butter is ok, add interesting seasonings.
-Minimize white carbs- bread, rice, potatoes
- cut out snacking after 8pm(or the likevto give your body a break)
