I’m 47 and this is so depressing. I thought I’d be finished by now. I got my period a week before I turned 11!!!!

Do women who have had bio babies typically menstrate longer? Or you mean you just didn't need to be fertile afterall.

Wow.

I’m 51 and still like clockwork. Over it!

I am the one whose grandma had twins at 52. I have cystic acne still around my period like a teenager. My periods cause migraines. I have a heart arrhythmia. I don’t feel lucky. Also, I got my period at 6 weeks after birth like clockwork despite EBF. Nothing feels impressive about this burden. Wish my OB would just do a hysterectomy already.

I’m sorry it’s mostly a burden for you! I get it. But on average, it’s much better for a woman to go through menopause late than early

For those of you super menstruators - do you still have the hormonal/PMS symptoms?

52, periods like clockwork. Yes still have PMS symptoms, a little worse in terms of breast tenderness and the occasional hot flash 1-2 days before my period comes.

My mom was in her 60s. I’m in my late 40s and still menstruating regularly, but my periods are definitely lighter and last fewer days.

My mom still has hers at 61 :/ Seems unfair to have to deal with it so long.

I'm right here with you! 57, almost 58. Have skipped a few periods the last year, but they are still heavy when they come. And I've had an ablation to help with the heavy flow. My Mom was 60 when she finished so I am thinking that will be my fate too. I also started later, almost 16. Even more annoying, my sister is 3 years younger than me and went through menopause a few years ago.

My mom had hers until 57. I'm 47 and I have zero signs of peri.
