Nope, not allowed.
People should write in his name anyway as a protest vote. The only actual progressive candidate in the race. If it wasn’t for the former Republican Blair spending millions in a quixotic losing campaign Riemer would have certainly won.

You’re not alone. A lot of people like Elrich which is why he won the primary and will be re-elected in a landslide in November.
+1
DCUM is as representative of local political sentiments as it is of average household income. That is, it isn’t.
In DCUM-land, Elrich is an abomination and people clutch their pearls at anyone who earns less than $300K.
In the real world, the average Joe and Jane Montgomery feel neutral-to-ok about Elrich and make a combined $110K, drive a 10 year old Prius or a Honda Civic, have a condo in Wheaton and shop at Costco.
Just a reminder: Elrich's margin over Blair was way smaller than the last time.
So, "a lot of people" also don't like Elrich.

Riemer’s also the only candidate who couldn’t manage to file a campaign finance report on time.
That “dude” is absolutely incompetent and often his incompetence seems to closely align with his personal interests. Can’t get away with that as a CE. MoCo voters thankfully could see through that guy and the county dodged a bullet.

Who is his campaign manager?

We are heading for a trainwreck with the new budget. The only two options are cutting services or increasing taxes. Since you also have a new progressive Council, they willl likely all want their pet projects funded. So get ready for a tax hike.
