The Library Room at Rasika West End, Fiola Mare or Balos would all be fabulous and have private rooms.

Look at St Vincent, they have a cool indoor/outdoor space with a bar and can do a bunch of different food/drink options

Resurrecting this thread to see if anyone has any new suggestions for a 50th birthday. Looking for a casual but fun spot ideally in NW DC or close in MD for a party with about 40-50 people where we can have food and drinks. Bonus if the space has its own bar. Thanks!

We went to a dinner here a couple of years ago and it was good (but I heard it was expensive). They have a variety of event space options.
