Following up on my post - had some chills in my ankles, of all places, overnight. Was also tired. But then it's also been a rough back-to-school / work week for us, so there's a confounding factor.

I had some chills overnight and took Tylenol. Still have a sore arm but fine to work today, maybe a little more tired than usual.
