Sept 7th!
The first day Walgreens has the doses in this area, I believe.
Some posters have come on here to claim CVS has some now, but the pharmacist I spoke to on the phone said they wouldn't arrive until next week.
As far as we know, none of us 2 adults and 2 tween/teen have had Covid.
The pharmacist you spoke to is wrong. I checked the computer records of the vax I got yesterday at a CVS in Vienna and it literally says Moderna Bivalent.
The Pfizer ones seem to be arrived mid next week at Walgreens anyway.
Also got it this weekend at CVS in Vienna; they must have received it in advance of the approval. I also verified it was the Modern Bivalent; I don't think they are allowed to boost with the OG version anymore.
In MD I don't know of a CVS that's stocked. So I guess it depends on the state.

They recommend getting the booster in "the next month or so" for those who haven't had covid or a booster in the last 3-4 months. They also mention that if you have a big event, 2-3 weeks ahead of time is a good time to get the booster.
