Definitely Tana French, the Dublin Murder mysteries. My husband also loves Jo Nesbo’s Harry Hole series.

This is a great thread- getting some good ideas here, cant keep rereading sayers. For anyone who likes older stuff- Sarah Caudwell is brilliant but a lot of PD James later stuff is set in the 90s as well.

Nordic crime fiction is very good- Henning Mankell of course . Camilla LAckberg is so so good. another vote for Tana French

Gilly MacMillan is pretty good. I like the Clemo series so far.

I loved Kate Atkinson’s Jackson Brodie series.
And ditto on Tana French books.

I have enjoyed all of the books that you list, OP. My suggestion is for Paul Doiron's series with Mike Bowditch, who is a Maine game warden. The first book is called "The Poacher's Son." He is an outstanding novelist and powerful writer. I think you'll like it!

How about the "A is for Alibi" series by Sue Grafton? They are fun, there are tons of them (A though Y) and the central character, a private investigator named Kinsey Milhone is likeable.

Also, Daniel Silva for the Gabriel Allon series. Part spy thriller, part travel writing. (I'm sure the travel writing part is incidental but the books venture all over the world and to pretty fun places.)

I don’t know if these are exactly what you’re looking for, kind of mystery-lite, but they fit the bill for listening while doing other things:

One by One, Ruth Ware
The Hunting Party and The Guest List, by Lucy Foley (The Paris Apartment so-so)

Virgil Flowers and Lucas Davenport series by John Sandford
Jesse Stone series by Robert B Parker
Ruth Galloway by Elly Griffiths
Peter Ash by Nick Petrie
Several series by David Baldacci
Robin Lockwood by Phillip Margolin
Barbara Holloway (courtroom/mystery kind of hard to find these for me) by Kate Wilhelm
Joseph Finder books (stand alones, not series)
Linwood Barclay (can't remember if he has a series or stand alones)
