You get what you pay for.. 20$ might be a provider with no experience with children let alone babies who cry and may snap. Mom would get a better pool of applicants paying market rate and not being cheap with your suggestion of 20$. Everyone else has disagreed with your price point btw rate is 25$ starting per hour
