The c-section isn't a factor, if that's what you're asking. If all goes as planned, that won't be an issue after about a week of being home. I think the question you're really asking is at what point would anyone who has just given birth feel comfortable waiting on other people. I agree with the others that 8 weeks should be the soonest.

If they expect to be waited on, either two years or when the baby is sleeping through the night. Whichever comes first.
