Completely incorrect. Rice crispies has less sugar than nearly every other cereal. You guys are thinking about rice crispie treats!

Wrong. There is about 13 grams of sugar in a cup of 1% milk, and about 3.3 grams in a serving of rice crispies. That's 16.3 grams, which is getting comparable to a Snickers bar at 20 grams.

Or were you thinking she was eating them dry? OP, were you eating the cereal just dry?

If a glass of milk is “way too much sugar,” this thread is off the rails

No responsible person on DCUM drinks milk, 1% or otherwise. They sip lukewarm water with a hint of lemon.

Only hedonists add lemon!

Empty calories. Highly processed. You're too old to be eating that garbage.

Well they are known to “snap, crackle and pop,” so they likely continue doing so in your tummy.

Nothing a swig of the pink stuff can’t remedy.

Milk is 12-13 grams of sugar per cup, baby. It's got other stuff too, obvs, but it has plenty of sugar.

It's rice puffed with steam. With some malt flavoring and vitamins added.

Assuming that you eat wheat and have confirmed you don't have wheat allergy or celiac, it could be a barley allergy/reaction.
